Yard work

Scott's spent a lot of work, the past few weeks, stripping, cleaning and sanding our deck to get it prepared to stain. He finally did the staining last night and it looks great: (and yay! my tulips are finally blooming!)



Last weekend Scott and his dad put up an awning on our back deck so we could have some shade on our deck and it is SO nice to have. Scott also stained the back deck last night and this coming weekend we're hoping to put up some bench rails and seal in the bottom of the deck so we can build a brick flower garden in front. We'll see how much we actually get done but it sounds like fun:)
