Stampede 2009
We got up super early last Friday morning so that we could drive into downtown before they closed the roads and find ourselves a good spot along the stamepde parade route. We were there by 7am...luckily our friend Shelley, was there by 6:30am or we would never have found a spot!! The streets were packed with people. We were lucky enough to get a spot right across from Starbucks...good coffee and easy access to the bathrooms! The kids had a great time and loved the parade...and were very exhausted by the end of that day!

Cute photo! I can't believe you guys were up and down there so early! Maybe I'll just stick to watching it at home!
Wow - that's early to head down to see a parade! Sounds like you are having a great summer with the camping and fun stuff going on. Take care!!
